MC10
Flexible Biological Sensors

MC10 is developing electronic circuits that can stretch up to 400% with wide-ranging applications in medical devices, sensors, and compact cameras. The technology was developed by Prof. John Rogers at University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, while the medical applications were developed in collaboration with researchers at University of Pennsylvania. MC10’s technology has been covered by The Wall Street Journal, NY Times, Nature, BBC, MSNBC, etc, and has been billed by MIT’s Technology Review as “one of the 10 technologies that will change the world”.
